product didn't even charge. Had it sent back for an exchange and customer service paid for the shipping (upon request. the service was good, although it has been one week and i am still awaiting product to arrive even though i paid for express shipping when i bought it.:( This product may be good but i wonder how many defective ones there are and how they will eventually hold up. Physically, the product feels comfortable to the grip and has a very snug fit. I just question the durability...

this was actually my third, although i have no real idea why i keep buying these things. finally just replaced my battery and bought a backup battery pack that works fine.
walmart stopped selling them (wonder why) so i looked for one here. they work for about one charge, if the phone isn't under half charged. then one day, for no apparent reason, they die. in one to two months. but before they do, in about two weeks or less, the silicone skin begins to flake and peel.
that's enough. these things suck
